Dr. Rod Strickland studied at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and achieved the rank of Fellow.

Dr. Strickland and Dr. Reeves have earned the rank of LVI Fellow as a result of there detailed studies in the fields of cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. They’ve also trained in the use of oral sedation to safely combat dental anxiety. And has studied the advanced orthodontic treatment Invisalign, which straightens teeth without brackets and wires.

In addition, our dentists have continued to keep up with some of the latest developments in cosmetic dentistry, adding new technologies like dental implants.

But to truly stay at the forefront of dental knowledge requires innovation, and that’s what Dr. Strickland did when he invented the Denture Fountain of Youth®. He was disappointed with the way he and others were being taught to make dentures and he realized there had to be a better way, so he utilized the principles of neuromuscular dentistry to transform the way dentures are designed and fitted. This new technique creates dentures that look great, fit well, function superbly, and rejuvenate your appearance, helping you look years, even decades younger.

We push the boundaries of knowledge at LVI. As a result of extensive studies, our dentists were the first honored with the rank of LVI Master.

For his part, Dr. Strickland was selected as the best in the first ever Dental Design Competition sponsored by Dental Economics in 2000. His office was named best in office design and in high-technology integration, and he was declared the overall winner.

And we recently were chosen as one of the best by American Registry, who included us as one of their 50 Companies of Excellence in the South, a list that was published in South Magazine.
